Custom Manufacturing & Fabrication

Custom manufacturing and large sheet metal fabrication

THG designs and builds equipment from the ground up for any industry, conveyors above all, with engineers on staff and our own electrical department. The same Greenville shop has done custom sheet metal fabrication since 1976, including large sheet metal work on sheets up to 72 x 144 in, and builds skids, bridges, cable tray and structural steel to your drawing or one we draw. Installation is available as a separate service.

Field Services

Equipment installation and field service in all 50 states

THG’s field crews install, relocate, repair and retrofit production equipment nationwide: bakery ovens, bottling and canning lines, conveyors, snack lines, data center racks and heavy machinery, whoever built it. They come from a company that builds production lines, so one crew handles the mechanical work and the controls. Every job is quoted on its own and planned around your shutdown window. Our crews are OSHA trained, and THG coordinates the rigging and permits.

Roadrunner Bridge

Prefabricated steel bridges for trails, parks, ranches, utility and data center sites. Since 2020, Roadrunner Bridge has built them in THG’s Greenville shop with the same welders and equipment as its industrial work.

You Sketch We Cut

A sketch-to-part service for custom laser-cut metal parts, with deburring, bending and welding, cut on the same TRUMPF sheet and tube lasers as THG’s industrial work.

Equipment, weldments and parts are built in THG’s own 72,000 sq ft Greenville shop. Loaders, unloaders and control panels are assembled and tested before they ship.
